I actually returned this product. Not because of the quality. It's good quality envelopes. I returned this product because it wasn't suitable for personal, creative preferences of invitation making. However, the return service was so fast and easy that I had to review it. The status of the return was readily available via e-mail. Good communication!!! I am making invitations and I needed various sized envelopes for them. I went to office stores and they had some with the pointed flaps and some with the squared flaps, but I wanted them all to match. This was the only place that had all the sizes I needed and they all matched. The price was a big bonus.
