How do I contact the printer for customer service?

Since custom printed orders are taken directly by our printing partner (a separate company), customer service is handled only by the printer. Contact information is provided below. The printer cannot answer any questions about our blank papers and envelopes, only the items in their catalog.

Where does the printer charge sales tax?

Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas. Please contact the printer for an updated list of states where tax is charged as the list above is subject to change.

Can I order custom invitations along with other items in the store?

Orders for custom printed items are placed directly with our printing partner (a separate company).. The shopping cart is different for custom items and must be ordered separately from other items in our store.

Can I order invitation samples?

Yes! To order samples simply click on the invitation you like, then click on "request samples". You may add multiple samples to your cart.

What is the difference between ecru, white and bright white papers?
