Return Policy

You may return any un-used item for a refund within 60 days of ordering.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us via our Contact Page before returning any items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to Paper and More!
A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returns. We highly encourage ordering sample sheets and envelopes from the bottom of each page beforehand to test.
Packs must be returned in their entirety. Any missing or damaged sheets will be charged at the same rate for individual sample sheets available for each product.
Customer is responsible for ensuring package arrives to us in proper condition. Please insure package if necessary.
Sample sheets, sample packs and custom variety packs are not returnable
Custom cut papers are not returnable
Custom printed invitations and accessories are not returnable
