Shipping Policies

We ship via FedEx Ground (1-5 days delivery) and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery). Overnight shipments can be made upon request and additional cost.

Most all orders ship out within 24 hours of the product becoming available in our inventory.

We can ship to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, and some international locations. Please email us for international orders. (Custom Invitations can only be shipped to physical addresses in the continental U.S. & via 2 Day for Hawaii & Alaska)

Shipping Rates

No need to worry about excessive shipping charges! We charge only $3.99 for as many items as you would like in your order!

FedEx Ground (up to 5 Business Days)

$3.99 for all orders

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)

Rate choices will be presented in the shopping cart after entering shipping address.

Sales Tax

Absolutely no sales tax on orders shipped outside California. Orders shipped within California will be charged 7.25% (Alameda County residents are charged 8.75% tax)

Return Policy

You may return any un-used item for a full refund within 60 days of ordering. No questions asked!

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us via our Contact Form before returning any items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to Paper and More!
A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returns. Please order sample sheets from the bottom of each page beforehand to test.
Packs must be returned in their entirety. Any missing or damaged sheets will be charged at the same rate for individual sample sheets available for each product.
Customer is responsible for ensuring package arrives to us in proper condition. Please insure package if necessary.

Blank Invitations

Please note that blank invitations cannot be returned once purchased . The blank invitations need to be special ordered and therefore are not returnable. Please order a sample first if you are unsure your printer will properly print.

Custom Printed Invitations

Please note that custom printed invitations cannot be returned once purchased.
