I received your product yesterday for 200 sheets of vellum that I ordered on Tuesday. I must say that your service is impeccable! I received my order in 2 days, with shipping information e-mailed to me ahead of time.

I recently made a small purchase off of you website, and I felt I should write a note to express my gratitude. My entire transaction was probably the 2nd best web-shopping experience I've ever had -- second only to Amazon.com which has unmatched variety.

I specifically wanted to buy some red vellum - and I actually found it on another website, but there was no picture or even color chart to see what I was actually getting. Once I found your site -- it was all downhill from there. I could see exactly what I would get, and the description was extremely thorough.

The buying experience was EASY!!!! This will mean I will come back to the site for future purchases. I received several e-mails updating me on the status of my order -- and even the shipment tracking code, where else do you get that?

In short, I got what I wanted -- and you made it easy for me. Too often websites meet only one of those two conditions, and sometimes neither -- thanks for not being like the rest.

Please continue to do what you are doing -- I had a superb experience.

It's Tuesday, 6pm in NYC and I find out that I can have a table in a craft show on Saturday to sell my watercolor greeting cards. I have the watercolors, but am short on the card stock and envelopes, and my local store is out of stock. Disaster!

Enter Paper and More to the rescue... I check out the selection, like the low prices and very fair shipping costs (in these days of usurious shipping and handling charges!!), place my order and keep my fingers crossed. I check my email an hour later hoping my order has been received: not only has it been received, it's been confirmed, processed, picked up and I have a tracking number already!! My card stock and envelopes are in my sweaty little
hands Thursday, 2:30 pm. The stuff is gorgeous (Warm White Linen Card Stock and matching Announcement Envelopes), better quality than was available at my local store, and makes my little watercolors look almost professional!! There was a tip on the site about 'scoring' card stock before trying to fold it, for a more professional look, and that was a trick I didn't know before and does make quite a difference.

I look forward to exploring the site further, and to making more orders hopefully in more timely fashion for my own stress level although Paper and More came through for me like champions. Sincerely,

I am making my own wedding invitations and had the hardest time picking out vellum to use. Every store that I have gone to is so expensive. My Aunt, who is helping with the process, referred me to your site. I thought your pricing was very reasonable, much better than what I had found previously. Just wanted to let you know that I'm completely satisfied with my order and the prices as well as the shipping cost.  I tried to order, a few months ago, from office depot but they wouldn't ship out to me.  Exactly what I wanted with the 110 lb paper and really liked the 80 lb paper - still stirdy but as thick.  I use these for my newsletters as I travel throughout Italy, talking pictures and writing articles.  Very impressed with the vellum as it seems to be the latest in scrapbooking - what a great price for all the colors.  Since Halloween is my favorite holiday, I will use the black envelopes for invitations - which should be a big hit and are extremely hard to find.

You shipped the order and I received it in no time at all - I wasn't expecting it so soon and was thrilled when it arrived.  You'll be highly recommended to all my friends. Thank you for your web-site.
