I had ordered sample sheets previously which were damaged both times, but your customer service convinced me that I should give your company another shot.
I placed my recent order, with a note on the bottom as you instructed for the discount. Without hassle the discount was applied and the shipping was upgraded. The well packaged items arrived in perfect condition very quickly, and I was impressed.
When I ordered the sample sheet I chose the #29 vellum, which I was very happy with. But silly me, when I placed the order I mistakenly ordered the #17 instead. I thought for a second that the wrong item had been sent to me, but then after verification I realized it was my own fault for placing an incorrect order. I went back to the website to find out about the return policy, unfortunately it would really not be worth it for me to return this item after shipping cost and restock fees, so I guess I'm stuck with this pack. But in my search in the FAQ page I also found specific info on the difference between the two vellums, how I wished I would have checked it out before! That is very helpful information you provide your customers.
Anyway, I just want to let you know what a great job you are doing.

I used the White Vellum Paper 17# as part of a wedding invitation. The paper is beautiful and printed so nicely. The images came out sharp and clear using a transparency setting.
I ordered the paper on a Saturday afternoon and received it on Wednesday (I requested priority mail service).
The cutting service saved me time, hassle and was so economical, especially when I considered what my time was worth. The cut pieces were very precise.
I also appreciated the email communications regarding my order status.

Absolutely wonderful! Printed very nicely, the only problem was that sometimes the printer took more than one sheet at a time. But overall the vellum was awesome and added just the right touch. I was emailed at every step and the product came in ahead of schedule and was packaged very well to ensure quality. Quick, efficient, and stress-free.

Bought the 17# not knowing if it would print as well as other heavier vellums but it's just as good or better. The printing didn't bleed at all, even on my HP inkjet with black & white OR color type, and dries very fast.
