When I got my sampler pack I could not believe how beautiful all the paper was. Your website shows the colors and textures but when you actually get the paper and see it you can't believe the quality and textures. You can't find this kind of quality in the stores. I only have one problem: Which one do I want to order first?

I knew very little about paper textures and weights. The sample pack was th e perfects tutorial. I received an assortment of papers with a title page describing paper texture, weight and even the color to better help me keep them straight. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your selection of paper and speedy service. This is my second time buying from you in a matter of weeks. The first purchase was a couple of different sample packs (paper texture and weight / envelopes) and a few individual samples of certain paper. The opportunity to actually get one sheet of paper is fabulous!!! The sample packs helped me find the right weight of paper for some wedding invitations I am making. The envelope sample pack gave me the brilliant idea of not making the reply card envelopes myself but buying the 4 Bar size from you. Then since you had the same color in a larger size envelope, I bought that pack too for the invitations (on my second order along with a pack of metallic paper for another part of the invitation)!!! I really loved the wide assortment of paper you carry and this pack was perfect for selecting exactly the right paper I need for my project....however, a wider variety of color would be great...maybe try to represent each color, if that is possible.

You asked if there was any way to make your service better. Well, here is my answer. Don't ever change! Usually if you ask a question of a company you will wait two days for an answer. Then you order something and you wait a day for them to confirm your order. Then you wait two or three days to hear that they shipped your order. I asked two questions of you. You answered my questions the same day. I ordered and you confirmed my order the same day. You also emailed me that you shipped my order all in one day. Please know that this practice really impresses people and keep up the great job you guys are doing in the customer service department. I know that when I get my order I will be equally impressed. You have a great assortment and I love the sample packs so I can see which ones I like the best. I will definitely be ordering again.
