| The smallest we can cut is 4 1/16 in our machine. If you need it smaller, we would recommend ordering the paper uncut and have the paper cut down at a local Kinko's or Staples type copy store. |

| In the Comments Box on the final checkout page, you can enter the exact cutting details of which item should be cut to which size. Please be sure you have added each pack of paper to your cart and each cutting size as well, from the following link:

| The cutting quantity is likely being chosen in the incorrect place. To see the proper cost, select the number of packs to cut when selecting the cutting size. The drop down box is underneath the cutting dimensions.

| Do you send the scraps from cutting? | |
| I'm sorry but per our cutting policy, we do not send the scraps leftover from cutting, only the cutting size requested.
If you need the scraps, it is best order whole packs and have it cut at a local copy shop like Kinko's or Staples. |

| You will receive more than one set if the cut size allows for it. For example, a 5" x 7" cut from 100 sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" paper results in 200 total sheets of 5" x 7". Please follow this chart to see how many sheets can be generated from 1 pack of 100 |
