All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us via our Contact Us Form before returning any items. Additional Notes * Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to Paper and More! * A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returns. We highly encourage ordering sample sheets and envelopes from the bottom of each page beforehand to test. * Packs must be returned in their entirety. Any missing or damaged sheets will be charged at the same rate for individual sample sheets available for each product. * Customer is responsible for ensuring package arrives to us in proper condition.
