#28 cream vellum

I ordered several samples to make sure I got the color I was looking for. For me, this cream went perfect w/ the Regal invites I bought on this site. I used it as a wrap w/ a ribbon. They came out beautiful. All of the vellum is beautiful. It's just a matter of which one you like best. We tried printing on it & had no problem what so ever. We have an old ink jet printer.You do have to let it dry a few minutes, it doesn't absorbed the ink like paper does. The service is fantastic, I received my samples in 3 days. My invites came in 1 week & I used the cheapest shipping (economy). I e-mailed a question, expecting an e-mail back.I nstead , I received a call back w/ the answer. You don't get service like that now-a-days & when I do I make sure to give them my business. Thanks Paperandmore!

Better than expected

Out of all the different sources I purchased samples from, these arrived in the best condition, hands down. The paper is a really beautiful cream color, but my fiance and I decided not to use vellum at all for our invitations. Also, PaperandMore provided the best deal for vellum paper out of all the other sources I've looked at. I've done extensive research, and let me tell you, their low prices did not affect their quality and service at all.

I bought this cream vellum to print an initial and overlay on a wedding invitation. This color is beautiful with the champagne metallic paper. My Kodak printer would not recognize the paper, but my old HP inkjet printed on it with no problems. The shipping is fast. All my papers were wrapped in bubble wrap to secure during shipping. Loved that!

Cream Vellum 28# Paper

This is lovely paper. The quality is excellent. That said, printing on it proved to be quite a challenge. The printer just would not recognize that there was paper to print on. Our solution was adding a strip of masking tape to the lead edge of the paper in order for our printer to recognize the paper so it would print. Once we managed to get the paper to print, the results were fine. In our opinion, this paper would be best for projects that don't require printing. If you plan on printing on the vellum, order a heavier vellum.

Stiffer vellum

Very close translucency to the #17 cream vellum. Not as soft, but smoother. Same color effect. Looks great against text. Stamp ink takes longer to dry than the #17. Embossing looks good.

great product for my centerpieces

We purchased this paper for our wedding centerpieces and printed our engagement photos on it. We got the idea from Martha Stewart.com. We glued the paper to lanterns we bought, then lit a tealight behind it so that our pictures glowed! The paper thickness was perfect for this use. We tried #17 cream vellum and deemed it was too thin. After testing the white shades, we ultimately went for the cream because it matched out color scheme better. I recommnd this paper. We used our printer @ home (its not exactly top of the line) and it went really well had to let the ink dry for a bit before handling. The paper is farely hady, something I noticed while trying to adhere it to the lanterns. We used the glue strips from this same site. Good product and great company to order from!
