FAQ : Returns & Exchanges
   

Per our cutting and return policies, we do not take returns nor make exchanges on custom cut papers. Please order samples beforehand to ensure the paper is the proper quality and to check for printing compatibility.

Returns are normally processed after 5-7 business days after receiving. Once a return has been processed, your credit card bank takes 4-7 business days for the credit to appear back on the card.
It can take approximately 5 business days to receive your return (depending on how it was shipped.) Once your order is received it takes a week to process and it takes a week for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.
