FAQ : Cutting
   

Per our cutting and return policies, we do not take returns nor make exchanges on custom cut papers. Please order samples beforehand to ensure the paper is the proper quality and to check for printing compatibility.
We do not cut paper once it has been shipped, but you can have it cut locally at most copy stores like Kinko's or Staples.

We only cut full packs of paper to the size indicated. If you need only a specific number of sheets cut, we would recommend ordering it uncut and having it cut at a local copy store like Kinko's or Staples.
We don't allow multiple sizes to be cut from one pack of paper. Each pack of paper must have its one size to be cut down to. If you do want more than one size for each pack, we would recommend ordering it uncut and having it cut at a local copy store like...
The smallest we can cut is 4" in our machine. If you need it smaller, we would recommend ordering the paper uncut and have the paper cut down at a local Kinko's or Staples type copy store.

Currently, we do not offer a scoring or folding service. You can find some tools at a local craft store to help score or fold the paper. You would want to score the paper first to get a clean fold.
