The paper is pearlescent and has a gorgeous shine. The paper shimmers in the light, has a beautiful soft sparkle and is metallic on both sides. Because of it's thickness, this will work wonderfully as a Panel Card. Just print your text onto a different colored metallic paper (text-weight), vellum or linen paper and layer it over the metallic card stock. Please note that this paper is extra heavy weight cardstock and is not compatible with most home printers.

Please check your printer manual if you are considering printing directly onto the card stock or have it printed at a local print shop.

Paper Color: The paper is double sided (has the Pearl White color on both sides)

Excellant quality cardstock!

The card stock is terrific. I use it for card making. I use die cuts to cut out shapes for my cards and have no problems and the cards stock embosses perfectly every time.

Perfect for wedding invites

I was beginning to think I was in over my head with designing and printing my own wedding invites because I couldn't find the right paper. This is the only site on the internet that I could find iridescent paper that wasn't covered in glitter. It is just as pretty as I had hoped!

Could be better

I am in the process of making my own wedding invitations and this paper i thought would of been great. The paper quality is amazing, just not for a home printer or an office printer. The printers feeding the 5x7 never catch right and made the font slanted. My other problem with is paper is that I tried using a heat gun to add my own embossing design and it actually changed the color of the ink. I found that using cheap paper, less thickness (65-80), same shine printed better and didn't change color when I used a heat gun to emboss a symbol. I did order a lot of paper that I plan on returning.

Great cardstock for wedding or engagement invitations!

I was worried due to the weight of the cardstock and that its pearlescent that my printer would smear the design or worse not be able to feed it through. Luckily it went fed through the printer just fine and I had no smudges or smearing either. I printed out(at home) 200 engagement dinner invitations and they look beautiful! The pearlescent has a classic feel to it. GREAT GREAT cardstock! (I have a HP office jet 6500A plus printer)

Very elegant

I was looking for a white card stock to serve as a background for silver card stock and even though this one is not quite white, the colors look very good together. I love the end result. The price is excellent.
