#10 Kraft Brown Envelopes
Love them. Used them for our Christmas cards this year. They take rubber stamp ink very well, also.
These envelopes were great for my Save the Dates! They were thick and just the right texture for the rustic feel I was going for.
Loved them, until...
I loved the look & feel of these envelopes. I was super excited to use them for our wedding invitations. I thought it would go well with our outdoors/woods theme. I started putting invitations into envelopes and of the 3 packs of envelopes I used, at least 1 full pack was not sealed on the sides of the envelopes. I had to tape them shut myself. I thought "bummer, oh well, it just took a little extra time." Until my mother and I started sealing the envelopes shut and a majority of them wouldn't stay shut. We ended up taping some shut that weren't staying shut at all but left the others alone that were sticking shut. Come to find out during the 2 weeks before my wedding through now (two weeks after my wedding) over 10% of my guests NEVER received invitations. We are bummed and a lot of our friends and family are too. They thought we left them out. My own father didn't receive an invitation. I would recommend these as long as you have the time to ensure you tape each envelope shut.
We wanted envelopes with a rustic feel for a party invitation. The paper of the envelopes was nice and thick and had a slightly rough texture. The envelopes were also generously sized. They were perfect!
I ordered these envelopes for Save-the-Dates. They had the rustic/crafty look I was really going for!
